Software and Network Security Analyst

Job Description

SES is currently seeking a highly qualified security analyst to join its research and development staff. The successful candidate will conduct security assessments by probing for security vulnerabilities in desktop- applications, networks and software systems. The successful candidate shall cumulate one or more of the following functions:

  • Assist in securing our IT infrastructure,
  • Assist in securing desktop software development, as well as identifying security threats.
  • Analyze the security measures already implemented and determine how effective they are.
  • Recommend changes that will improve every aspect of company security.
  • Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments.
  • Research and evaluate emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Engineering or Bachelor degree in computer science.
  • OSCP or CEH certifications (other recognized certifications could be considered as well).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Skills of Interest

  • Master any of these languages and/or technologies: .NET, Python, Intel Fortran 2008+, Visual Studio, Open-Vino and Intel One-API.

  • Technical brochures
  • Online documentation and pamphlets
  • Website marketing material and Newsletters
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQs) and reference manuals

Additionally, the Technical Translator and Writer must contribute to the layout and design of the above documents.

Requirements

Description

As a Backend .Net Developer, you will join our development team to develop and maintain web applications mainly in C# and ASP .NET. The Backend Developer contributes to all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle through the analysis, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • As part of the core development team, implement and maintain web applications in ASP.NET / C# (Razor Pages)
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs that handle large datasets;
  • Collaborate with Database Administrators to write high performance SQL code and to optimize existing code
  • Develop and maintain intranet applications that support in-house management of transactional data from the web and from other production systems
  • Collaborate with software developers, architects and product teams to deliver value through successful delivery of software solutions
  • Research and present ideas for new technologies, strategies, or processes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working with Visual Studio, SQL Server, C#, .NET, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, Bootstrap and TFS/Git
  • Basic Knowledge of Frontend Frameworks (Angular/AngularJS, Blazor, Javascript)
  • Excellent understanding of HTTP fundamentals and developing RESTful API services (Asp .Net Web API, Windows Authentication)
  • Comfortable with large datasets, and experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Good knowledge of the Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Firebase)
  • Experience with web and enterprise application development
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
