Optional Software and Engineering Applications Support
The Software Update and Maintenance and Engineering Applications Support services may be renewed on an annual basis. The yearly fee, as a percentage of the One-Time License Fee Payment is as follows:

A permanent software license may be purchased with one single payment or, for large orders (10 units or more), by instalment payments over a period of up to 3 years, as indicated in the table below. Software update and maintenance support and extended technical support applications are provided at no additional cost, for the initial period indicated in the table.

All prices are given relative to the price of AutoGroundDesign (lite). Please contact SES or your distributor to request the license price of AutoGroundDesign (Lite). This price depends on the number of licenses and applicable discounts. |

The 12 months Regular Technical Support includes software updates and maintenance support as well as technical support and engineering applications support on using the software as well as technical support on subjects related to the immediate use of the software. This support is available for a minimum amount of 1.0 unit. (Click here for more information on software support). |

The 12-month Extended Technical Support includes the Regular Technical Support as well as the Extended Technical Support that allows you to get expert opinions and guidance on technical and engineering aspects of your problems regardless of their complexity (whether you are using the software or not) as long as the subjects discussed are within the field of expertise of SES (click here for more information on software support). |

AutoGround is identical to MultiGround, except that the grounding analysis module (but not the resistivity analysis module) restricts you to uniform and two-Layer Horizontal soils. |

All SES software includes the Windows interface processors, software tools and utilities required to simplify and automate all input, output and graphics activities. CDEGS contains all the engineering and scientific computation software modules. |

Rental options are available for clients who attended SES training seminar at the time of acquisition of the software or who have attended one in the preceding 2 years or already have one active permanent license of this software. Rental discounts apply for users who already have one or more active licenses. |
