N Concurrent Users means that only N users on the network can access the licensed software at any given time. User “N+1” must wait until one of the active users stops running the licensed software before getting a license from the License Manager driver.
After an initial network license has been purchased, the cost of adding an Nth additional concurrent user is (N+1)/N the price of a single-user PC license. Volume discounts are provided.
